Why sealcoat your driveway and place of business?
First impressions are everything. Pavement suffers the effects from the environment, oil, vehicles and normal wear and tear. By sealcoating and crack-filling you prolong the life of your asphalt and protect your investment. Sealcoating shields the asphalt and prevents the elements from penetrating through, which in turn, provides a great smooth black finish. PPM uses premium sealcoating and crack-filling products from Sealmaster, a company that has been providing high quality pavement maintenance products for more than 40 years.
Crack-filling:
Filling cracks with 400 degree hot rubber before sealcoating is the best way to keep those cracks from getting larger and causing more damage to the underlying asphalt. The rubber is made to expand under the hottest and coldest temperatures.
Pothole repair:
Potholes repair is done by cold patch in which we clean the hole and surrounding edges. New asphalt is then added. The area is then tamped down and the surrounding area is cleaned.
Line-striping:
At PPM, we line-stripe malls, banks, condominiums, apartment buildings, restaurants, hospitals, hotels, developments, liquor stores, convenience stores, gas stations and more.
No commercial job looks complete or professional without fresh, crisp parking lines and arrows indicating traffic flow. In addition, we also do signage and stenciling for your commercial needs including stop signs, no parking, handicapped parking and more. All work is done in compliance with the State of New Jersey and ADA guidelines. We use high visibility traffic paint from Sherwin Williams, the leader in high quality painting products.
